Hello my name is Daniel, in 2017 a plant based diet changed my life and health.  I have a very active lifestyle including, weight and MMA training, to becoming an OCR Athlete.  I found out that switching to plant based diet, benefited my recovery, performance, and endurance, so I formulated Gorilla Formula 23. 

After switching over to a plant based diet I needed a good protein source. While researching plant protein I stumbled upon an article about a study done by Clean Label Project. The article stated, “The new independent study shows lead, BPA, mercury, cadmium and arsenic are present in top-selling nutritional protein powder supplement products. More than 75% of plant-based protein powders had measurable levels of lead, while one contained more than 25 times the allowed regulatory limit of BPA in just one serving.”I was shocked to learn that two of the top plant-based protein I was consuming were on the top worst list. Just like I’m passionate when I’m training for an OCR race, I was passionate on creating a better and safer plant-based protein powder formula.
